HELP WANTED: A Short-Term Employment Opportunity

NEEDED: Stump Grinder Operator

THE DETAILS:
I have a job that may last for 3 to 6 months. I need someone to run a stump grinder, (Very Large One) I have accounts all over the Dallas area, mostly golf courses. I will train the person to run the machine. Must have a valid drivers license. CDL preferred.

Must be able to back a trailer quickly (1st try) and jump in and out of the truck (pickup) 95 to 120 times per day. Must be trustworthy because he will be working alone most of the time, and able to use a Garmin navigation device.

Must be willing to travel all over Texas to other golf courses. Expenses will be covered and if you can move fast from stump to stump you can grind 80 to 100 per day. You will get paid by the stump. You will see the work orders and deal with the course managers and professional communication skills are a must.

The work is not 8 to 5. It is work 4 days and off 4 days or work 6 days straight if the weather permits. The schedule is set by the course managers and the weather. We charge by the stump, $25 per stump is a medium price, so 100 stumps means $2500 in a day, you really have to be good with equipment to make this happen. We will pay 20% as a starting cut (so you can make 200 to 500 per day) and we will increase the percentage as we build a relationship and feel we can trust you. We are praying for God to send the right person for the job.

I know that alot of people are out of work now and I may get alot of calls on this opening, please call my cell # and not my office. Please call 417-838-0390, and please be honest with yourself when you consider the job and if you can really do the work. Thanks!
